PA121. Unleashing Potential of the Brain to Enhance ELT

Abstract

This presentation answers the question how to teach students when they seem so lazy that they won’t work.
The answer lies within the brain.  Scientific study has found that certain parts of the brain of young adults are not developed, so it doesn't function the same way as an adult brain does. This paper aims at equipping teachers with specific proven teaching strategies that grab the brain’s attention to form powerful learning blocks and aid learning.
