PA215. Extensive Reading using Moodlereader

Abstract

The extensive reading (ER) approach to language learning advocates reading many books at a level below the student’s level of English.  Moodlereader is a cooperative website used by educational institutions around the world to encourage students to read more.   This presentation will give an overview of the value of an extensive reading program, the  philosophy behind Moodlereader, and the challenges associated with implementing an ER program in your educational institution.
