PA217. Managing Educational Change in a Gulf State

Abstract

The paper will look at the management of change in a sample of four preparatory schools within a wider on-going educational reform program promulgated in a Gulf State.  The paper will report on the effects of the reform project as originally mooted, track subsequent changes and their effects on its design and implementation and assess the projects sustainability and efficacy.
